E-cig and Vaping Shipping Restrictions Update
Recent amendments to the PACT Act, signed into law as part of an omnibus spending bill, have broadened the definition of tobacco products to include e-cigs, vapes and vaping supplies.
Congress is going to prohibit the USPS from shipping vape products, and UPS intends to stop shipping vape products as well. We work with these carriers exclusively to fulfill orders, so the last day to order vaping products from us is April 14, 2021
For your information, these carriers will stop shipping vape products on these dates:
- UPS, As of April 2nd, 2021 We no longer offer UPS shipping for Vape products due to changes in UPS regulations that restrict these products from being shipped by their service.
- United States Postal Service (USPS), sometime in April (date is not definite yet)
Current E-cig, E-liquid, and Vaping Shipping Restrictions
Due to recent regulations prohibiting the sale of vape products (e-liquids) that are not Tobacco flavor, we no longer ship non Tobacco flavored vape products to the following States:
- Rhode Island
- New Jersey
Due to recent regulations prohibiting the sale of all Electronic cigarette products, including devices and e-liquids and accessories, we will no longer ship any ecigarette products to the following States:
- New York
We currently do not ship any ecigarette products (Ecigarette Kits or Eliquids)
Due to FDA regulations, we no longer sell flavored e-liquid pod-style cartridges.
