Suggested Serving Size:
Starting with 5-10 drops, 2 but preferably 3 times per day is a good starting point. Increase by 2-3 drops at 3 day intervals while dialing in desired amount. Current guidelines suggest a range of 15-30 mgs per day for balancing the (ECS) and possibly lower amounts for general daily maintenance thereafter. Larger amounts may be taken at night if seeking better sleep/rest due to higher amounts typically having a sedative effect.
